Are you tired of the same old lunches? Sometimes you need a little inspiration to help you get our of a rut! One of my favorite things to make are easy, healthy wrap recipes! I’ve rounded up 30+ of my favorite lunch wrap ideas and have shared them below. Although wraps are one of my go-to lunches, these recipes are also filling enough to serve for dinner.
The recipe roundup below features healthy tortilla wrap recipes as well as lettuce wraps. If you’re trying to eat fewer carbs, feel free to turn any of the recipe ideas below into lettuce wraps. Or, make a batch of my favorite zucchini tortillas and use those as the base of the lunch wraps instead!
Are wraps healthy?
Yes! Wraps are an excellent vessel for protein and veggies. You can layer sauces, cheeses, or any other ingredients you prefer in your wrap as well. Wraps are also the perfect quick meal! If I’m short on time, or just want something quick, a wrap is always my go to.
