What I love most about this recipe is that it is ready in under 30 minutes so it is easy enough for a weeknight, but also a great dinner for guests!
This recipe also happens to be keto and low carb friendly. Salmon is a great keto staple because it is naturally low in carbs, but full of heart healthy fats. The addition of the Jalalpeno Lime Butter adds an extra dose of fat making this fit perfectly within a keto diet.

This salmon has a great smokey, savory flavor. It pairs well with so many things but one of my favorite side dishes are these Bacon Wrapped Green Bean Bundles. This easy low carb side is also keto friendly and can be grilled as well. Some other side dishes include:
- Loaded Cauliflower Casserole (the flavor of loaded potato casserole without the carbs)

I have always loved salmon so I have plenty of easy salmon recipes. One of my favorite are these Greek Salmon Skewers. They feature a low carb marinade that includes greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic and dill. Then the salmon is threaded onto skewers with zucchini and red onion. It is a great low carb recipe!
Another go to salmon recipe are classic salmon patties! This keto version of an old favorite includes a dipping sauce that pairs perfectly! These patties are about 4 net carbs per serving.
