Red Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage - An easy one pot meal perfect for busy weeknights!  This inexpensive dinner is super filling, reheats perfectly, and can even be made in the slow cooker.

1. Brown the sausage

2. Sauté onion, peppers, and garlic

3. Add beans, spices, bay leaf

4. Add broth, stir, and bring to a simmer. Cover and reduce heat.

5. Add rice and continue simmering (covered) until rice is tender.

Red Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage - Ready in under 45 minutes. Leftovers keep 4 days in the fridge or 6 months in the freezer.
