To make the chaffle buns:
Combine the eggs, shredded cheese, almond flour, baking powder
Heat the mini waffle maker. Pour in the batter being sure not to overfill. Cook the waffles about 3 minutes.
To make the jalapeño popper filling:
Combine the cream cheese, chopped jalapeno and shredded cheese
Mix ingredients well
To make the patties:
Combine the ground meat with any sauce or spices. Mix well. Then apply filling to one patty before topping with another patty.
Next, cook the patties then assemble the burgers
