Slice the chicken

Set up breading station. Beat the eggs in one bowl, then in a second bowl whisk  the almond flour and spices.

After breading the chicken, cook in a large skillet over medium heat.

Next, make the sauce

Add chicken back to the skillet and finish cooking.
