Preheat oven to 425 degrees and oil a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cornmeal and grab your pizza dough.
Stretch your pizza dough into a 12 inch circle, then brush with the olive oil.
Spread the BBQ sauce evenly over the dough, making sure to leave at least an inch around the edges clean.
Sprinkle the chicken on top of the BBQ sauce evenly. Top with the shredded mozzarella.
Add the sliced red onion and chopped pepperoncini peppers to the pizza, then bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and fully cooked.
