Hamilton Beach Stack & Snap Food Processor and Vegetable Chopper, BPA Free, Stainless Steel Blades, 12 Cup Bowl, 2-Speed 450 Watt Motor, Black (70725A)
Instructions
Combine the dry ingredients in the food processor and pulse until the fruit and nuts resemble course breadcrumbs.
Add the wet ingredients and pulse a few more times until incorporated (see image in post)
Fold in the chocolate chips and press the bars into a lined 8x8 pan.
Chill at least 30 minutes until firm.
These bars must be stored in the fridge.
Notes
Do not use a larger pan, such as a 9x9, the bars will be too thin.
