Lightly spray the pan with cooking spray. Place the sliced sausage evenly in one layer.
In a mixing bowl combine the broccoli and bell pepper. Toss with the olive oil and seasonings. Place the vegetables in the pan with the sausage. Try to evenly distribute the ingredients, it is okay if things overlap a little bit because everything shrinks as it cooks.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, toss and bake an additional 10-15 minutes until the vegetables have reached your desired texture.
