This divine Tortellini Pasta Salad is easy, delicious, and packed with wholesome ingredients. Grilled chicken is paired with cheese tortellini, fresh pesto, tomatoes, and mozzarella cheese!
Cook the tortellini according to package directions, drain, place them in a large bowl and then place them in the fridge to cool for about 10-15 minutes.
Once cooled, add all the remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss until well combined. Chill for about 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
Once chilled, toss again and serve!

This recipe will keep for about 2 hours out at room temperature. After that, it needs to be discarded!
